Notice to members and their guests
From Sunday 1st July 2007 it is illegal to smoke indoors anywhere on the Club's premises open to Club members.
For example, the ban will apply in:
- The snooker room.
- The bar area.
- The corridor.
- Storage areas.
- The front porch.
- Ladies' and gentlemen's' toilets.
Be aware: smoking at the Club anywhere you can go other than the back yard would make the Club liable to a flat £2500 fine.
Statutory notices will be displayed as required.
Smoking is permitted in the back yard where we have provided some protection from the elements.
The Management Committee and Staff have no option but to implement these measures.
