- Ted (Chairman) - from: Not Specified	An excellent Quiz on Thursday was very well attended, including a team fro Nomad Trust who received £100 for their funds. This was increased by a further £40 as the prize winners decided to forego their winnings. Many thanks to Ann and Andy for providing the excellent buffet. Many thanks to Rod Cavill who donated a most unusual prize, namely a tour of his unique house.

- Ted (Chairman) - from: United Kingdom	A most pleasant social evening last night when a number of new members got together with some old hands and enjoyed eachother's company and Ann's excellent complimentary chilli with either rice or chips. Just what the club is all about really, the good company of friends, in a relaxing environment. Some still had not dragged themselves away whhen I left at midnight ! Thanks to everyone for making it such a huge success.

- Ted - from: United Kingdom	A great night in the Club on Saturday 15th. A splendid evening enjoyed by all. A big thank you to the Fire Brigade's bandsmen and women (bandspersons?) for the music to sing the carols by. Thanks to all those present for the whip round that raised £100 for the Fire Brigade's Benevolent Fund The Christmas Draw took place (52 prizes). The Buffet was excellent, thanks to Ann and Andy. The music night should be good too this coming Saturday 22nd.... A very Happy Christmas to one and all.
